Privacy policy

What we hold about you.

The data bloxfx.net needs to run your account, why it needs it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated

This policy matches the forms, emails and dashboards that actually run on bloxfx.net.

01 Who controls your data

Blox Fx, operating bloxfx.net from 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V7Y 1C6, Canada, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to support@bloxfx.net with any question about it.

02 What we collect

Account details you give us at registration: full name, email address, country, password (stored as a hash), optional mobile number, optional sponsor ID and placement leg.

Profile details you add later: city, USDT BEP20 receiving address, and any other fields on the profile form.

Financial records: deposit amounts, products, transaction hashes, withdrawal requests, investment positions, daily ROI and other income lines, and wallet balance.

Team data: who introduced you, your position in the binary tree, and the members placed beneath you.

Support data: tickets you open and the messages in them. Website enquiries sent from the contact page (name, email, interest, message).

Developer reports: name, contact number and description submitted through Report to developer in the footer.

Security data: one-time login, register and reset codes (stored as hashes, with a short expiry), session cookies, IP address, and browser type, used to keep the platform working and to limit abuse of the report form.

03 Why we collect it

To open and operate your account — issuing a member ID, signing you in with OTP, crediting daily ROI and team income, and processing deposits and withdrawals.

To verify that a deposit came from you and that a withdrawal is going to the BEP20 address on your profile.

To show package status correctly: Active only when you have a funded package.

To calculate direct, generation, salary and community income from genuine team volume.

To reply to support tickets and contact-form enquiries, and to let the developer team review fraud or misuse reports.

To protect the platform against duplicate accounts, manufactured volume and automated abuse.

04 Emails we send

OTP codes, password-reset codes and contact-form copies are sent from noreply@bloxfx.net through Hostinger SMTP.

Member support replies come from support@bloxfx.net.

Developer reports are sent from noreply@bloxfx.net to BLOXFX@velocitygrowth.in. That mailbox is for grievances about the website itself. It is not used for marketing.

05 What is visible to other members

Members above you in the team can see your name, member ID, package status (Active once funded, otherwise Inactive) and the business volume their income is calculated from.

They cannot see your email, mobile number, country details beyond what the team tree shows, wallet address, transaction hashes or ticket history.

06 Who else sees it

The hosting provider that runs bloxfx.net and stores the database, and the email provider that sends mail from noreply@bloxfx.net — each only as needed to operate the site.

The developer team at BLOXFX@velocitygrowth.in, when you submit a Report to developer form.

Public blockchains: a deposit or withdrawal transaction is recorded on BNB Smart Chain and is permanently public. We cannot delete it.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

07 How long we keep it

Account, deposit, withdrawal and income records are kept for as long as your account is open and for a further period afterwards where record-keeping law requires it.

OTP rows are deleted when they are used or when they expire (ten minutes).

Support tickets and contact enquiries are kept while they are useful for handling later queries. Developer reports are kept while they are useful for investigating the issue you raised.

Session cookies last for the signed-in period you chose (including “keep me signed in” when you tick it).

08 Security

Access to member data is restricted to staff who need it. Deposit and withdrawal approval is a separate manual step. Changing a withdrawal address re-opens verification.

Use a unique password, and tell us immediately at support@bloxfx.net if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

09 Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, and object to particular uses.

You can edit most of your profile yourself from the dashboard. Changing your withdrawal address triggers verification by design.

To exercise any right, write to support@bloxfx.net. We will respond within a reasonable period.

10 Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, to hold a referral sponsor ID if you arrived on a ?ref= link, and to keep forms secure (CSRF). We do not use advertising cookies.

You can block cookies in your browser, but the member dashboard will not be able to keep you signed in if you do.

11 Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use bloxfx.net after that constitutes acceptance of the current version.
