The rules of membership.

These terms govern your use of bloxfx.net and your membership of Blox Fx (“Blox Fx”, “we”, “us”). By registering an account you accept them.

If you do not accept them, do not register and do not send funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the country you reside in.

You must confirm that participating in this membership, including its referral income, is lawful where you live. We may decline or close accounts from jurisdictions where we believe it is not.

One person may hold one account. Accounts opened to create artificial team volume may be closed and team income reversed.

Registration needs a full name, an email address, a country, a password, and acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. A mobile number is optional — an email address is enough.

You may enter a sponsor ID (BFX-……) and a placement leg (left, right, or auto-place on the weaker leg). Referral links fill the sponsor in automatically. If you leave the sponsor blank we still open the account.

We email a one-time code from noreply@bloxfx.net. Once that code is verified, the member ID is issued and the account can log in. There is no separate admin-approval wait after OTP.

Login and password reset also use an email OTP. We will never ask for your password, wallet seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not acting for us.

An account that has completed OTP can sign in. That is not the same as a funded package.

On Direct members, the admin members list, referrals and the member popup, Active means the member has an approved, funded package (invested principal greater than zero). Members who have only registered show as Inactive until a deposit is approved.

Admin may suspend or reinstate an account. A suspended account cannot use the desk until it is reinstated.

Deposits are accepted in USDT on the BEP20 network (BNB Smart Chain) only, to the company address shown in your dashboard. Funds sent in another token or on another network will not credit your account.

The minimum deposit is $100, as published on the Investment Plan page. You submit the amount, the product and the transaction hash. A person verifies the hash on-chain and approves or declines it. Approval is not automatic and is not instant.

Until a deposit is approved it does not count as a package, does not start daily credits, and does not count as Active on the members lists.

Daily ROI (flex): unlocked principal. Daily credits apply as published. Principal may be withdrawn subject to the principal charge.

Booster: if you introduce five members who each invest the same amount as you or more, within seven days of your own activation, your daily ROI rate doubles from 0.50% to 1% while that qualification holds.

Fixed deposits are optional locked products: ×2 over 100 days, ×3 over 150 days, ×4 over 200 days. The multiplier is paid at maturity. A fixed deposit cannot be broken early.

You may hold more than one product. Each approved deposit is tracked separately on your dashboard and on the admin plans & deposits page.

Flex principal is credited at the published daily rate — 0.50%, or 1% while booster-qualified — once per Indian calendar day at 12:05 AM IST (Asia/Kolkata).

The first credit is on the first IST midnight after the deposit is approved, not at the moment the deposit lands.

Credits are posted to the same spendable wallet as every other income line. The note on the statement reads as a daily ROI credit, not as a deposit reference number.

Direct referral: 3% of each direct member’s approved investment, credited when that deposit is approved.

Team generation: your team’s daily ROI is matched 60:40 across the two legs, surplus carries forward, and you earn a slab rate of the matched figure from 5% to 40%. Both team business and Active (funded) directs are required — at least two Active directs for the first slab. Unfunded members do not count. The rate is the lower of the two.

Salary reward: seven levels on matched team business, paid weekly for 24 weeks once you cross a level, from $20 to $200 a week as published on the Business Plan page.

Community reward: ten levels, paid once when you hold the required directs and active IDs under the 60:40 match, from $100 to $51,200 as published.

Promotional income is an admin-credited campaign or goodwill line. It lands in the same wallet.

Team income is earned on genuine business volume. We may withhold or reverse income from duplicate accounts, fabricated members, or funds circulated between related accounts to manufacture volume.

When you introduce a member you must describe the plan as it is published on this website.

The minimum withdrawal is $10 USDT. Profit withdrawals carry a 10% charge. Principal withdrawals (flex only) carry a 20% charge. Fixed-deposit principal is released at maturity.

Every withdrawal is reviewed manually and released to the USDT BEP20 address saved on your profile, normally within 24 business hours. The BEP20 network fee is deducted at release.

Changing the withdrawal address on your profile re-opens verification, and withdrawals are held until it clears.

We may pause a withdrawal while we look into a security concern, a suspected compromise of your account, or a legal request. We will tell you when we do.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email, optional mobile number, country and USDT BEP20 address on your profile, and for keeping your login credentials secret.

Withdrawals are only ever sent to the address saved on your profile. Update it in the dashboard before you request a payout if it has changed.

You must not use the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, financing of illegal activity, or on behalf of a third party you have not disclosed to us.

You must not attempt to interfere with the platform, access another member’s account, or scrape the genealogy for any purpose other than managing your own team.

You must not use the Blox Fx name, logo or materials to make claims we have not published, or to impersonate the desk.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and may withhold team income that arose from the breach. Suspend and Reinstate sit on the admin members list next to package status.

You may close your account by writing to support@bloxfx.net. Credited income is paid out subject to the published charges; flex principal is released on the same terms; fixed deposits wait for maturity.

Member support is support@bloxfx.net and the ticket desk inside your dashboard. Support hours are Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00 PT.

To report fraud, impersonation, misuse of this website, or any other grievance about the platform itself, use Report to developer in the site footer. That form is emailed from noreply@bloxfx.net to BLOXFX@velocitygrowth.in — the developer team, not the member support desk.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.

Raise a membership dispute first through a support ticket or by writing to support@bloxfx.net. We will respond in writing. Governing law and the forum for unresolved disputes are those of Canada.
